## 1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") defines the rules for using
the Services provided by **Stellar Synergy Labs S.R.L.** ("Company",
"we", "us", "our"). It is intended to:

- ensure compliance with applicable law;
- protect the integrity, security, and availability of the
  Services;
- prevent abuse and misuse of the Services.

By using the Services, you agree to comply with this Policy. This
Policy supplements our [Terms of Service](/legal/terms).

## 2. Nature of the Services

The Services are general-purpose software tools and technical
infrastructure. **The Company does not provide, host, distribute,
transmit, or control any audio or video media content.** All
content access is initiated by you and occurs directly with
independent third-party providers.

## 3. General principles

You may use the Services only:

- for lawful purposes;
- within the intended technical limits;
- in compliance with all laws applicable to you, including
  copyright, broadcasting, telecommunications, consumer-protection
  and data-protection laws.

You are fully responsible for your use of the Services and for any
external services to which you connect.

## 4. Prohibited use

### 4.1 Illegal activities

You may not use the Services to:

- violate any applicable law or regulation, including
  Romanian Law no. 8/1996 (copyright and related rights),
  Directive 2001/29/EC (InfoSoc Directive),
  Directive (EU) 2019/790 on copyright in the Digital Single Market,
  Romanian Law no. 365/2002 on electronic commerce, or
  Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (the Digital Services Act, "DSA");
- access, distribute, or facilitate the distribution of content
  without proper authorisation from the rights holder;
- engage in copyright or trademark infringement;
- distribute child sexual abuse material, terrorist content, or any
  other content that is illegal under Romanian or EU law;
- engage in fraud, identity theft, harassment, or threats against
  individuals.

### 4.2 Misrepresentation

You may not:

- claim that the Company provides, hosts, curates, or controls
  media content;
- present the Services as a streaming or broadcasting platform;
- imply affiliation, endorsement, or partnership with the Company
  without our prior written authorisation.

### 4.3 Abuse of the Service

You may not:

- bypass trial, licensing, or quota limitations;
- create multiple identities, accounts or devices to gain
  unauthorised access or evade restrictions;
- exploit the Services for purposes other than those for which they
  are made available.

### 4.4 Security violations

You may not:

- attempt unauthorised access to systems, data, or accounts;
- bypass authentication, authorisation, or other security
  mechanisms;
- scan, probe, or test the vulnerability of any system or network
  without our prior written authorisation;
- introduce malware, viruses, worms, ransomware, or other harmful
  code;
- conduct activities prohibited by Romanian Law no. 161/2003 on
  computer-related offences, or by the Council of Europe Convention
  on Cybercrime (Budapest Convention) as ratified by Romania (Law
  no. 64/2004).

### 4.5 System and network abuse

You may not:

- perform denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service
  (DDoS) attacks;
- overload, disrupt, or impair the Services or related
  infrastructure;
- abuse APIs or generate excessive automated traffic;
- operate open proxies, relays, or anonymisation infrastructure
  using our resources without authorisation;
- use the Services to send unsolicited commercial communications
  ("spam") in breach of Romanian Law no. 365/2002 or Directive
  2002/58/EC.

### 4.6 Account misuse

You may not:

- share, sell, or transfer your access without authorisation;
- use false or misleading information to register or operate an
  account;
- circumvent restrictions by using multiple accounts.

## 5. Developer and commercial use

If you use the Services commercially or as a developer:

- you operate independently from the Company;
- you are responsible for your own end-users and content;
- you must comply with all applicable laws, including GDPR, the
  DSA, the e-Commerce Directive (2000/31/EC) and Romanian Law no.
  365/2002, and any sector-specific regulation that applies to your
  activity;
- you must ensure your end-users are bound by terms at least as
  protective as ours.

The Company does not verify or control your systems, end-users, or

## 6. Monitoring and enforcement

The Company does **not** monitor the substance of media content
processed through the Services. However, we may monitor technical
usage of the Services for:

- security;
- abuse detection;
- system stability and availability.

Where we detect or are notified of a violation, we may take
proportionate action, including:

- a warning or notice of violation;
- restriction or throttling of access;
- suspension or termination of access;
- removal or restriction of specific content;
- referral to or cooperation with competent authorities.

Action may, where necessary and proportionate, be taken without
prior notice.

## 7. Illegal content — notice and action

Anyone may submit a notice concerning allegedly illegal content
processed through the Services, in accordance with Article 16 of
the DSA. The procedure, required content of a notice, and our
single electronic point of contact are described in:

  (for copyright and intellectual-property claims); and
- our [DSA Points of Contact](/legal/dsa-contact) page
  (for any other illegal-content notices and for authority
  communications under DSA Articles 11 and 12).

We will provide a statement of reasons for any restriction we apply
to content or accounts, in accordance with Article 17 of the DSA,
where required.

## 8. Cooperation with authorities

We may cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory authorities
where required by Romanian or EU law, including in response to
duly-issued orders to act against illegal content (DSA Article 9)
or to provide information (DSA Article 10).

## 9. Consequences of violations

Violations of this Policy may result in:

- immediate suspension or termination of access;
- permanent restriction of access;
- legal action where applicable;
- liability for damages caused to the Company or to third parties.

No refunds will be provided where access is terminated for breach
of this Policy. Mandatory consumer rights under Romanian and EU
consumer-protection law are not affected.

## 10. Changes to this Policy

This Policy may be updated from time to time. We will update the
"Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the
Services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the
updated Policy.
