Stellar ONE is a full-featured IPTV and VOD player built specifically for Samsung Smart TVs running Tizen 4.0 and above. It is written from the ground up for the Tizen platform, using Tizen Web APIs directly — including AVPlay (Samsung's hardware-accelerated video engine) — and is optimised for Samsung TV hardware.

XMLTV-powered electronic programme guide with 12-hour lookahead. Every channel displays the current programme, progress bar, and what's on next — all accessible from the channel list.

### VOD & Series Playback
Automatically organises your VOD library into Series → Seasons → Episodes using S##E## filename detection. Smart resume with 10-second rewind for context, completion tracking (episodes marked complete in last 5 minutes), and an Up Next countdown ring before the next episode starts.

### 4K Adaptive Bitrate
Automatically detects your TV's panel capability and sets appropriate bitrate caps. Initial buffer and rebuffer thresholds are fully adjustable in settings.

### Multi-Track Audio
Full audio track enumeration via MKV EBML and MP4 ISOBMFF parsing. Language-aware labels with ISO 639-2 codes. Switch audio streams live during playback without interruption.

### 50+ Subtitle Languages
Real-time subtitle track detection in MKV and MP4 containers. ISO 639-2 language labels, size presets (small / normal / large), JavaScript subtitle engine for MP4 text tracks.

### Rock-Solid Streaming
Exponential backoff reconnection (1s → 2s → 4s → 8s). Channels switch in milliseconds. Network drops recover automatically without user action.

### Offline-Ready & Resilient
6-hour EPG cache and playlist fallback keep you watching even on flaky connections. Reconnection handles network drops silently in the background.
