Mission
To equip independent IPTV operators worldwide with reliable, scalable infrastructure they fully control — so they can build their own streaming services on solid technical foundations.
Stellar Synergy Labs builds modern infrastructure for professional IPTV operators. Both of our products — Stellar ONE for Samsung Smart TVs and the Stellar Stream platform (Professional and Minimal editions) — are in pre-release, with public launches planned for 2026. We continuously develop and deploy improvements ahead of release.
To equip independent IPTV operators worldwide with reliable, scalable infrastructure they fully control — so they can build their own streaming services on solid technical foundations.
To be the most trusted infrastructure provider for the IPTV industry — setting higher standards for reliability, control, and operator independence.
Reliability, operator control, and engineering rigor drive what we build. We believe operators should own their stack, not rent it from someone else.
Enterprise buyers ask. Regulators ask. Here is the precise answer, consistent with our Terms, AUP, and IP Notice.
Stellar Synergy Labs is a Romanian company, operating under the laws of the European Union. For operators serving European audiences, that means GDPR-native data protection, predictable EU contract law, and full alignment with the Digital Services Act and the European Accessibility Act. No compliance surprises, no cross-jurisdiction grey areas.
Stellar Synergy Labs began as a focused effort to build IPTV infrastructure around what operators actually need — reliability, visibility, and control — informed by years of hands-on work with existing streaming systems.
Work started on Stellar Stream, a management panel built on a Python/FastAPI backend and a Next.js interface. Early effort went into the hard parts: hardware-accelerated transcoding with NVENC, multi-GPU support, and a hybrid model where operators keep their content, data, and servers entirely under their own control.
Development began on Stellar ONE as a Samsung Smart TV application built directly on the Tizen platform, focused on a fast, responsive viewing experience with a full electronic program guide at its core.
Stellar ONE moved into private testing — refining the viewing experience, the program guide, and the playback pipeline ahead of release, while Stellar Stream development continued in parallel.
The company was formally incorporated in Romania, establishing the legal foundation for launch.
Stellar ONE will launch on Samsung Smart TVs, pending store approval — its first release on the Tizen platform.
Stellar ONE will expand beyond Samsung, with dedicated versions built for Android TV and LG webOS to broaden the range of supported TVs.
Stellar Stream will open to operators, bringing its management panel, hardware-accelerated transcoding, and monitoring tools to a wider audience.
