You are fully responsible for your use of the Services and for any external services to which you connect.

4. Prohibited use

  • engage in copyright or trademark infringement;
  • distribute child sexual abuse material, terrorist content, or any other content that is illegal under Romanian or EU law;
  • engage in fraud, identity theft, harassment, or threats against individuals.

4.2 Misrepresentation

You may not:

  • claim that the Company provides, hosts, curates, or controls media content;
  • present the Services as a streaming or broadcasting platform;
  • imply affiliation, endorsement, or partnership with the Company without our prior written authorisation.

4.3 Abuse of the Service

You may not:

  • bypass trial, licensing, or quota limitations;
  • create multiple identities, accounts or devices to gain unauthorised access or evade restrictions;
  • exploit the Services for purposes other than those for which they are made available.

4.4 Security violations

You may not:

  • attempt unauthorised access to systems, data, or accounts;
  • bypass authentication, authorisation, or other security mechanisms;
  • scan, probe, or test the vulnerability of any system or network without our prior written authorisation;
  • introduce malware, viruses, worms, ransomware, or other harmful code;
  • conduct activities prohibited by Romanian Law no. 161/2003 on computer-related offences, or by the Council of Europe Convention on Cybercrime (Budapest Convention) as ratified by Romania (Law no. 64/2004).

4.5 System and network abuse

You may not:

  • perform denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks;
  • overload, disrupt, or impair the Services or related infrastructure;
  • abuse APIs or generate excessive automated traffic;
  • operate open proxies, relays, or anonymisation infrastructure using our resources without authorisation;
  • use the Services to send unsolicited commercial communications ("spam") in breach of Romanian Law no. 365/2002 or Directive 2002/58/EC.

4.6 Account misuse

You may not:

  • share, sell, or transfer your access without authorisation;
  • use false or misleading information to register or operate an account;
  • circumvent restrictions by using multiple accounts.

5. Developer and commercial use

If you use the Services commercially or as a developer:

  • you operate independently from the Company;
  • you are responsible for your own end-users and content;
  • you must comply with all applicable laws, including GDPR, the DSA, the e-Commerce Directive (2000/31/EC) and Romanian Law no. 365/2002, and any sector-specific regulation that applies to your activity;
  • you must ensure your end-users are bound by terms at least as protective as ours.

The Company does not verify or control your systems, end-users, or activity. See also our Developer License.

6. Monitoring and enforcement

The Company does not monitor the substance of media content processed through the Services. However, we may monitor technical usage of the Services for:

  • security;
  • abuse detection;
  • system stability and availability.

Where we detect or are notified of a violation, we may take proportionate action, including:

  • a warning or notice of violation;

Action may, where necessary and proportionate, be taken without prior notice.

7. Illegal content — notice and action

Anyone may submit a notice concerning allegedly illegal content processed through the Services, in accordance with Article 16 of the DSA. The procedure, required content of a notice, and our single electronic point of contact are described in:

  • our Copyright Policy & Notice and Action Procedure (for copyright and intellectual-property claims); and
  • our DSA Points of Contact page (for any other illegal-content notices and for authority communications under DSA Articles 11 and 12).

We will provide a statement of reasons for any restriction we apply to content or accounts, in accordance with Article 17 of the DSA, where required.

8. Cooperation with authorities

We may cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory authorities where required by Romanian or EU law, including in response to duly-issued orders to act against illegal content (DSA Article 9) or to provide information (DSA Article 10).

9. Consequences of violations

Violations of this Policy may result in:

  • immediate suspension or termination of access;
  • permanent restriction of access;
  • legal action where applicable;
  • liability for damages caused to the Company or to third parties.

No refunds will be provided where access is terminated for breach of this Policy. Mandatory consumer rights under Romanian and EU consumer-protection law are not affected.

10. Changes to this Policy

This Policy may be updated from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
